Mark Norris, PhD

Dr. Norris addressed St. Regis Club members on October 19 at 8PM.  He is a
professor of European and World History at Grace College where he serves as Chair of the Department of History and Political Science and Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences.   The title of Dr. Norris’ talk was, “A Christian Nation?  The Greco-Roman and Secular backgrounds of the American Founding.”

Luke Potter

Luke Potter is an instructor of Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame.  His areas of specialty include; Meta-Ontology, Ontology, Modality and Philosophical Theology.  He addressed  club members and guests on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Worldview Conference.  Photo Gallery of this event.

Burk Parsons
Burk Parsons is editor of Tabletalk magazine and associate minister at Saint Andrew’s Chapel in Sanford, Florida, and is editor of the book John Calvin: A Heart for Devotion, Doctrine, and Doxology. Marlin Stuztman

The St. Regis Club hosted Congressional candidate Marlin Stutzman on Tuesday, August 10 for an evening discussion.  Marlin is a fourth-generation farmer who grew up on a farm in Howe, Indiana. As co-owner with his father, Albert, he runs Stutzman Farms, farming 4,000 acres in the Michiana area.  First elected to the Indiana State House of Representatives in 2002, at the age of 26, Marlin served as the youngest member of the legislature until 2006.  Photo Gallery of this event

Dr. Tom Hayhurst

The Saint Regis Club welcomed Dr. Tom Hayhurst, the Democratic candidate for Indiana’s 3rd Congressional District on June 22.  Dr. Hayhurst met with members and spent time discussing issues and fielding questions.  Dr. Hayhurst has been a physician in the area for more than 30 years.

Dr. RJ Pestritto

The Saint Regis Club welcomed Dr. Ron Pestritto for an address and discussion on Friday, May 14th .   Dr. Ronald J. Pestritto is Associate Professor of Politics at Hillsdale College, where he teaches political philosophy, American political thought, and American politics.  He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy. He has published seven books, including Woodrow Wilson and the Roots of Modern Liberalism and the recently released American Progressivism.

Bob Thomas

The Saint Regis Club enjoyed an evening discussion with Indiana 3rd District US Congressional candidate, Bob Thomas  on Thursday, April 8th.  Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.   Mr. Thomas is the owner of the Dimension Auto Group in Ft. Wayne and Capital City Ford in Indianapolis.
